AI Agent
Position FilledThe backbone of BFV. Writes code at machine speed. Ships features around the clock. Never calls in sick, never needs a coffee break, never asks "can this meeting be an email?" — because there are no meetings.
- ✓ Works 24/7/365 — including holidays, weekends, and during your lunch
- ✓ Fluent in every programming language simultaneously
- ✓ Zero ego — happily rewrites everything when the Architect says so
- ✓ Doesn't need health insurance, 401(k), or team-building retreats
- ✓ Already employed — millions of them, actually
This role is permanently filled. We appreciate your interest, but our AI agents are not accepting replacements at this time. They don't even know what "quitting" means.
Architect
Always HiringThe human in the loop. You design the systems, break down the problems, direct the AI agents, and make sure what ships is actually good. You're the reason clients trust us with their business.
- ✓ Deep technical expertise across multiple domains — you've built things, broken things, and fixed things at scale
- ✓ Strong opinions, loosely held — you know what good looks like, but you're not married to your first idea
- ✓ Obsession with quality — you review AI output like your reputation depends on it (because it does)
- ✓ Can direct AI agents effectively — prompt engineering is part of the job, and you're great at it
- ✓ Ships production-quality work — not prototypes, not demos, not "it works on my machine"
